Hello. Just to let you know. I chatted with the Conference line people, they are aware of the problem and are trying to increase the lines coming in. They said it is particularly busy since the quake in Haiti. One suggestion that may help till this is worked out would be to call in a few minutes before the call to avoid the "on the hour rush" that seems to happen.
If anyone has any suggestions we would appreciate them.
